China Resources Land (Overseas)’s South West Kowloon development Rui Jing II announced on Sunday (27) the price list for its first sales tranche, which sold out immediately; additional units are expected to be launched shortly, along with details of the next sales round.
Kong Jian, Sales and Marketing Director of China Resources Land (Overseas), stated that all 153 units offered under the price list for Phase 2’s first tranche were snapped up on launch day. Across four price-list tranches—covering both Phase 1 and Phase 2—the project has achieved four consecutive same-day sell-outs. To date, the Rui Jing series has sold a total of 664 units, raising nearly HK$6.47 billion. Further unit launches and the next sales schedule are expected imminently.
The group’s Deputy Sales and Marketing Director, Chen Feifei, said that as of 1 p.m. on Sunday (27), 24 units had been sold via tender, generating over HK$370 M. These included 22 three-bedroom units and two podium-level special units. Transaction prices for the three-bedroom units ranged from HK$13.42 M to HK$18.48 M, equating to HK$21,251–HK$25,913 per sq ft.
