Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016) has announced home-buying incentives for buyers of Sierra Sea Phase 2C(2), its Sai Kung Shap Sze Heung West Sha Road project, with the sales brochure expected to be uploaded as early as September.
SHKP agency executive director Chan Hon-lam said the project is preparing show units and the sales brochure, with the brochure likely to be uploaded and four show units opened this month — including one four-bedroom unit, one three-bedroom unit and two two-bedroom units.
He Xu Cheng, GO PARK Commercial Complex, has a total floor area of approximately 56,000 sq ft, offering nearly 80 shops covering dining, retail, education and healthcare services. GO PARK 2 features a dedicated children’s play and leisure area spanning around 5,000 sq ft, creating an enhanced community experience.
SHKP agency leasing general manager Zhou Shuwen said GO PARK offers a home-buying incentive card to buyers of each unit in the project’s new phase. Buyers can enjoy designated discounts by presenting a valid incentive card before purchase. Over 30 merchants participate, including “YATA Fresh” offering a 5% discount, plus retail shopping and leisure experiences. The complex’s overall shop occupancy rate stands at 90%, while dining outlets account for about 50% of GO PARK’s total retail space.
