Yuexiu Properties (0123)’s Yau Tong East Yuen Street project, Ying Hai I, reopened its show units to media on Thursday (24), with its first price list set to be released early next week.
Li Ga, General Manager of Yuexiu Properties (Hong Kong), said Phase 1 offers 54 three-bedroom units—identical in layout to the show units—with usable floor areas ranging from 674 to 721 square feet. In response to strong interest, the developer will issue its first price list and open the show units to the public early next week.
Chung Hin-tang, the company’s Director of Sales and Marketing, noted that it has received over 3,000 enquiries so far, including from young office workers and newlywed couples. Pricing will continue to benchmark against nearby new developments.
