Chow Tai Fook Holdings Limited’s subsidiary Tianfu Enterprise Development has launched a new price list for its North Point, Hong Kong Island project at Hei Wo Street — Wong Suen. With marketing support from Sky Room (HK) Limited, a subsidiary of New World Development, the project unveiled its first three price lists on Sunday (20th), offering 30 units. The effective average price is approximately HK$22,188 per square foot. As of 3 p.m. today, the project has received over 3,000意向 registrations — more than 26 times oversubscribed against the 110 units across the first three price lists.
Today’s new batch comprises 20 one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units, with net floor areas ranging from 301 to 602 square feet. After discounts of up to 21%, the effective sale prices range from HK$6.11 M to HK$15.08 M, translating to effective prices of HK$20,292 to HK$25,048 per square foot. The lowest-priced unit is G unit on the second floor — a one-bedroom unit with a net area of 301 square feet. Sales under the latest price list are expected to commence as early as this week.
