Yuexiu Properties (0123)’s Yau Tong East Yuen Street project Ying Hai I opened its show units to media on Tuesday (22), and announced it will release its first price list shortly.
Li Ga, general manager of Yuexiu Properties (Hong Kong), said the first price list will cover no fewer than 125 units, spanning one- to three-bedroom layouts, with show units opening to the public shortly.
Chung Hin-tang, head of sales and marketing at Yuexiu Properties (Hong Kong), said the project has received a high volume of inquiries so far, with prospective buyers expected to include first-time homebuyers, upgraders, multi-generational families, mainland professionals and investors.
