The price list includes 22 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom units, with saleable areas ranging from 344 to 418 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$7.34 M to HK$11.24 M, translating to unit prices of about HK$21,328 to HK$26,894 per square foot. The lowest discounted price and lowest price per square foot apply to Unit J on the 6th floor—a two-bedroom unit with a saleable area of 344 square feet. The highest discounted price and highest price per square foot apply to Unit A on the 28th floor, with a saleable area of 418 square feet.
