Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016) has named its Yuen Long Nam Sang Wai Tung Shing Li Phase HK$1 development YOHO SEASONS, with launch expected as early as the fourth quarter.
Raymond Lei, Deputy Managing Director of SHKP, said the phase is a new low-density residential project under the group’s flagship YOHO brand in Yuen Long, extending the YOHO lifestyle to Tung Shing Li. He expects continued upward price momentum in the fourth quarter.
Executive Director of SHKP Agency, Raymond Wu, said the project is applying for consent to sell uncompleted units and will launch Phase HK$1 first. Unit types range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, with two-bedroom units as the main offering. The phase comprises over 600 units. The entire project will be developed in three phases, comprising six residential towers with more than 1,000 units in total.
Wu added that the development includes a 28,000-square-foot mall offering diverse amenities catering to daily living and leisure needs. Tower heights range from six to 20 storeys, and the anticipated date of completion is 24 February 2028.
