Henderson Land Property Management Limited (stock code: 00012) sold one four-bedroom unit at The Reign II in Sai Wan Hill via tender on Wednesday (23rd), unit B on the 12th floor of Block 1, with a saleable area of 2,773 square feet, for over HK$124 M — equating to a price per square foot of approximately HK$47,780.
Chan Tat-man, Director and General Manager of the Sales (I) Division at Henderson Land Property Management Limited Agency Limited, said that since its launch, the project’s total transaction value has exceeded HK$10.2 billion. In the past month alone, it recorded 19 transactions worth around HK$3.35 billion, with an average price per square foot nearing HK$53,000 — underscoring strong market demand for premium luxury residences.
