Octavia I opens three-bedroom show units themed “luxury wine appreciation”

Yuexiu Properties (0123. HK) opened two model units of its Yau Tong East Yuen Street project Ying Hai I to media on Thursday (24), featuring a pair of three-bedroom layouts.

One of the furnished three-bedroom model units, based on Unit M on the 28th floor of Block 5, has a net usable area of 721 square feet and includes a 40-square-foot “three-in-one” terrace; ceiling height between floors is 3.15 metres.

The unit’s design adopts a “luxury red wine lifestyle” theme: the living room features off-white fabric sofas and a six-seater dining table to meet everyday family dining needs. The kitchen continues the burgundy marble wall treatment, paired with copper-finished metal cabinets and appliances including a gas hob, retractable range hood and built-in steam oven.

One bedroom has been converted into a study, with a glass wine cabinet at the entrance reinforcing the red wine motif. Another bedroom is styled as a children’s room themed around “helium balloons”, fitted with cloud-shaped small sofas and balloon-inspired pendant lights. To enhance parent-child interaction, an interconnecting door links this room flexibly with the master bedroom.

The master bedroom includes a glass wardrobe and dedicated dressing table space, balancing storage and daily usability. Bathrooms are finished in white and burgundy marble; the master bathroom features a custom glass bathtub for enhanced comfort. A bare-shell version of the same unit is also available for comparative viewing.
