The unit has a gross floor area of 2,144 sq ft and is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout. It was purchased by Lian Same Vehicle Wei for over HK$169 M, equating to a price per square foot of approximately HK$79,073 — both the transaction price and the price per square foot setting new highs for standard units in the project.
The project has recorded transactions exceeding HK$100 Mfor three consecutive weeks. Two units of the same layout in Tower 1 remain available for sale. Since launching sales of completed units, the project has sold 48 units, raising over HK$3.3 billion.
