Yuexiu Properties (0123) has launched the sales brochure for its Yau Tong East Yuen Street project, Ying Hai I, on Monday (21), covering 617 units and introducing the clubhouse model.
Li Ga, general manager of Yuexiu Properties (Hong Kong), said Phase 1 comprises Blocks 3 and 5, offering 348 one-bedroom units, 215 two-bedroom units and 54 three-bedroom units, with saleable areas ranging from 242 to 721 square feet. One- and two-bedroom units account for over 90% of the total. The anticipated key date is 30 December 2028.
Li added that demonstration units will open to media on Tuesday (22), and the first price list will be released shortly, with pricing benchmarked against comparable waterfront developments.
Zhong Xianteng, director of sales and marketing at Yuexiu Properties (Hong Kong), said the clubhouse and landscaped garden span over 83,000 square feet and feature more than 30 diverse facilities, themed around ocean, family and health. Highlights include over 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor sports space, nearly 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, and over 49,000 square feet of Fong Chi Lui Garden and other clubhouse facilities.
