Hong Kong Hin Sang International (Holdings) Limited and CITIC Pacific Property Development’s Discovery Bay project on Lantau Island — Phase 19–1, Man Yi — uploaded its latest sales arrangements on Thursday (24), announcing the addition of four two-bedroom units to be offered via tender from Monday (28).
Chan Wing-mun, Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Hong Kong Resort International Group, said the project has attracted strong interest from high-net-worth individuals and investors. It recorded two two-bedroom unit transactions this week, setting a new benchmark price for newly launched luxury residences in Discovery Bay. In response to market demand, four high-floor two-bedroom units are being added: Units B on floors 11 and 12 of Block 6, and Units C on floors 11 and 12 of Block 9 — all offering expansive views of Central Park’s greenery, the scenic coastline and verdant mountain ranges. For the first time, one two-bedroom terrace unit is also being launched: Unit B on floor 1 of Block 6.
Lee Siu-man, Director of CITIC Pacific Property Agency, said the newly introduced two-bedroom terrace unit faces south, overlooking open scenery and verdant mountain ranges. Its saleable area measures 559 square feet; the guest dining hall exceeds 6.6 feet in width and is approximately 3 feet wide. The living room connects directly to a 219-square-foot private terrace — appealing to prospective buyers with pets or a passion for outdoor activities, enabling them to embrace Discovery Bay’s low-density, green and healthy lifestyle.
