Henderson Land Property Management Limited (00012), Lee & Man Real Estate (00014) and Empire Group’s jointly developed Hung Hom Perry Street head Kishi Phase II unexpectedly uploaded its sales brochure to the First-hand Residential Properties Sales Information Website on Friday (25 April), offering 384 units comprising diverse two- to three-bedroom layouts.
Han Ka-fai, Executive Director and General Manager of Sales Division (II) at Henderson Land Property Management Limited, said the project has enjoyed strong market reception since launch; the head Kishi series has sold 726 units to date—around 93% of the total available units—and generated approximately HK$6.13 billion in proceeds. Phase II is now being launched in response to continued market demand.
This phase comprises Tower 3, with standard units offering usable floor areas ranging from 339 to 661 square feet (variable), catering to different family sizes and first-time buyers. Two-bedroom standard units range from 339 to 400 square feet and account for 305 units—or about 80%. An additional 22 units are two-bedroom standard units with storage rooms, each measuring 432 square feet.
Three-bedroom-plus-storage-standard units measure 660–661 square feet and total 44 units—around 11%. Thirteen special units—including terrace and sky terrace units—range from 343 to 661 square feet in usable area, with terraces spanning 82–189 square feet or sky terraces of 161–298 square feet.
According to the sales brochure, the smallest unit is located on the third floor (Units G, H–L) of Tower 3, with a usable area of 339 square feet and a two-bedroom layout. The largest unit is Unit B across floors 5–30 of Tower 3, with a usable area of 661 square feet and a three-bedroom-plus-layout. The project’s anticipated key date is 31 August 2027.
