Hongyang Property (01243)’s Wong Tai Sin development Hui Chun opened its ready-built special units for viewing on Friday (18th), and uploaded its sales arrangements the same day; four units will be offered via tender next Tuesday (22nd).
The project, launched in response to strong market demand, has formally opened its ready-built special units—including top-floor units with Tian Tai spaces and units with private terraces. These comprise three-bedroom units on G of the 2nd floor and F of the 11th floor, and two-bedroom units on C and D of the 23rd floor.
Cheng De-yun, executive director of Hongyang Property, said the terrace and top-floor Tian Tai units launched this time offer rare yet highly functional large private outdoor living spaces—especially the spacious terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The ceiling height between floors in the 23rd-floor top-floor special units reaches 4 metres. Ready-built special units are now open for appointment-only viewings, and are expected to attract strong interest from buyers seeking high privacy and distinctive lifestyle appeal.
Wong Kam-lam, senior manager of sales and marketing at the company, noted that among the special units now open, Unit H on the 22nd floor features a three-bedroom-plus-suite layout, with a net floor area of 666 sq ft; its living and dining room opens directly onto a 239-sq-ft private terrace—creating a highly private, elevated garden space for residents.
