Sino Land Company Limited, China Merchants Property Limited, and the Urban Renewal Authority jointly developed the Hung Hom Wing Kwong Street project Tee Hoi, which opened its show units to media for the first time on Thursday (22nd) and announced that pricing and tender sales would commence as early as next week.
Sun Hung Kai Properties Executive Director Tian Zhaoyuan said the show unit unveiled was a three-bedroom unit from “Tee Hoi Treasures”, open immediately for appointment-based visits by prospective buyers and open to the public next week.
