Sino Land (00083) and China Merchants Land (00978), in collaboration with the Urban Renewal Authority, announced on Wednesday (23rd) that their Hung Hom project at 88 Wing Kwong Street will be named “Tide Sea”, with sales expected to launch as early as October.
Sino Land executive director Tian Zhaoyuan stated the development comprises 451 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, over 70% of which are two-bedroom units, across two buildings.
Mr Tian added that the project is still awaiting approval of its pre-sale consent letter; show units and sales brochures are currently being prepared, with the brochure expected to be uploaded shortly — potentially ahead of an October launch. The anticipated completion date is 30 September 2028.
Li Yao, general manager of the overseas development division of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd., said the project occupies a prime location, with many units offering sea views.
