K Wah Group’s Ho Man Tin Station In One Phase 1C opened a rooftop showcase unit to media on Wednesday (23rd), and uploaded its latest sales arrangements, adding six final two-bedroom units to the launch.
Helen Fung, K Wah Group’s Head of Sales and Marketing, said the In One series’ August Ze phase sold out all 11 units, raising approximately HK$290 M. The remaining six two-bedroom units—the final units in the entire project—will be launched via tender starting Monday (28th).
She added that the “Yushang Feifan” limited-time promotion offers premium home furnishing packages worth HK$8.04 M to buyers of selected units. From 28 September to 30 October, purchasers of any of the 50 designated three-bedroom or larger units—or two-bedroom units—will receive gift vouchers worth HK$180,000 or HK$100,000 respectively.
