Kerry Properties (00683) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (00083), among others, jointly developed The Southside Phase 2 at Wong Chuk Hang Station in Aberdeen, Hong Kong Yohai, which opened its sole penthouse demonstration unit to the public for the first time on Wednesday (23rd).
Lu Yongjun, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Kerry Properties Agency, stated that since launch, 589 units have been sold—over 98% of the entire project—with only a small number of Seaview four-bedroom and special units remaining. The newly opened duplex unit is located on floors 2B37 and 38, Unit A, with a net floor area of 1,235 sq ft. It features a three-bedroom layout with en-suite bathrooms plus a study room, and includes a 513-sq-ft rooftop terrace and a 64-sq-ft staircase room. The living room adopts a “Heng”-style design, spanning over 7.7 metres, facing the Deep Water Bay Yacht Club. The ceiling height between floors is approximately 3.45 metres.
Yang Liwen, Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing, noted that the demonstration unit will be sold fully fitted with interior finishes and furniture. Its layout is square and functional: the living and dining areas are situated on the upper level of the duplex, with an internal staircase leading directly to a private rooftop terrace, allowing owners to fully enjoy southside Deep Water Bay Yacht Club views and Mount Kellett scenery.
