R&F Properties (Overseas)-developed Rui Jing in Southwest Kowloon has partnered with city’super—a lifestyle brand under China Resources Group—to offer residents a “3-hour Rui Jing resident express delivery service” and “Global Gourmet Workshops”. Buyers who purchase three-bedroom units or special units in Rui Jing II via tender will receive a one-year city’super super e-gold membership. Phase 2 of the project recently launched Price List No. 2 and confirmed its first-round sales schedule, with 188 units launched for sale this Sunday (27th).
Shi Weixian, Managing Director of R&F Properties (Overseas), said Rui Jing and city’super are jointly embedding natural and sustainable living philosophies into the development, delivering a Farm-to-Table green gourmet experience. Within approximately one year of occupation for Rui Jing II, residents may place orders via an exclusive online platform and, upon meeting specified spending thresholds, enjoy the aforementioned express delivery service from city’super’s Harbour City store. During this period, gourmet workshops—including festive foods, regional specialties, and wine tastings—will also be offered to clubhouse residents, showcasing premium ingredients and healthy, refined living.
Kong Jian, Group Sales and Marketing Director, noted that Rui Jing II continues the strong market momentum of Phase 1. Price List No. 2—covering 68 units—was recently launched; of these, 153 standard units will be sold via price list this Sunday, while 35 rare units will be offered by tender. As of Tuesday (22nd) at noon, the project had received over 25,000 purchase intent registrations—representing oversubscription of more than 162 times.
