China Resources Land’s overseas development project in South West Kowloon, Riviera II, announced its first batch of units on Tuesday (15th), comprising 85 units with an average discounted price of around HK$18,680 per square foot; the entry-level one-bedroom unit starts at HK$5.43 M.
Stephen Shih, managing director of China Resources Land (Overseas), described the first batch as “must-grab pricing in West Kowloon”. The first batch units are located in blocks HK$5 and 5B, comprising 21 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom and 26 three-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 307 to 730 square feet.

The batch is estimated to be worth around HK$800 M.认购 registration opens Wednesday (16th), and show units are simultaneously open for public viewing.
