CK Asset Holdings Limited’s Yuen Long Kam Tin North Kam Tai Road project Wan Qian introduced its residents’ clubhouse facilities on Thursday (22nd), with the sales brochure to be uploaded on Friday (23rd).
CK Asset’s Assistant General Manager of Sales, Angelina Yeung, said the project’s overall planning had been previously introduced, and among the offerings, the two-bedroom garden house with saleable area (SFA) of nearly 500 square feet is an innovative unit type attracting strong market attention. The sales brochure will be uploaded within 24 hours, and the sales gallery will open first to VIP visitors next week.
She added that the clubhouse is named “Club Montage”, covering over 40,000 square feet including landscaped areas, and features more than 20 diverse facilities centred on a healthy lifestyle concept. It is divided into four thematic zones — “Green · Sprout”, “Blue · Clarity”, “Purple · Joy” and “Red · Vitality” — linking sports, leisure, family activities and human-pet coexistence. Facilities include casual dining areas, outdoor gardens and fitness rooms, enabling residents to enjoy a “multifaceted lifestyle”.
