Chow Tai Fook Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Tian Fu Enterprise Development, launched its North Point, Hong Kong Island project at Hei Wo Street — Wong Seun. With marketing strategy support from Sky Room (HK) Limited, a subsidiary of New World Development (00017), the project sold two units via tender on Wednesday (23), raising over HK$35 M.
The sold units are: “Glory Residence” on the 28th floor, unit C — a three-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a storage room, with a net usable area of 799 square feet, transacted at HK$27.16 M, equating to approximately HK$33,997 per square foot; and a one-bedroom, terrace-themed unit on the second floor, unit C, with a net usable area of 277 square feet plus a 228-square-foot terrace, transacted at HK$8.31 M, or around HK$30,000 per square foot.
The project will launch its first round of price lists this Saturday (26), offering 140 units with net usable areas ranging from 301 to 602 square feet; discounted prices start from HK$5.96 M. As of 3 pm on Wednesday (23), it had received over 7,200 expression-of-interest registrations. Based on the first four price lists covering 140 units, the oversubscription ratio exceeds 50 times. The registration deadline for the first-round subscription is 6 pm on Thursday (24).
