Yau Tong’s Ying Hai I launches sales with “Travel Memories” as its design theme

Yuexiu Properties (0123) opened three model units of its Yau Tong East Yuen Street project Ying Hai I to media on Tuesday (22nd), including two two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit.

One of the two-bedroom model units—furnished and modified—was modelled on Unit D, 28th floor, Block 3, with a net floor area of 484 square feet, plus a 38-square-foot terrace and service balcony—the project’s flagship unit.

The unit’s design adopts a “travel memories” theme to create a relaxed, comfortable and narrative-driven living atmosphere, using earth tones as the main palette; designers converted one bedroom into a study.

The master bedroom features an open-plan wardrobe adjacent to the entrance and large floor-to-ceiling windows that maximise natural light and storage space. The bathroom includes a shower enclosure and a ventilation window. A bare-shell version of the same unit is also available for comparative viewing.

Additionally, a one-bedroom unmodified model unit—modelled on Unit L, 28th floor, Block 5—has a net floor area of 323 square feet and a 39-square-foot integrated terrace. The combined living-dining room is rectangular, over five metres long, with a ceiling height of approximately 3.15 metres and an open-plan kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a washer-dryer and a refrigerator.
