On Friday (18th), Unit A, 16/F, Block 8 — a four-bedroom residential unit with a practical area of 1,259 sq ft — was sold for HK$51 M, equating to a price of approximately HK$40,508 per sq ft.
Chan Ka-fai, Executive Director and General Manager of Sales Division (II) at Henderson Land Property Management Limited, said the project has generated strong market response since launch, with 314 units sold to date — including car carpark — raising approximately HK$13.13 billion in total.
