Two government sites, Area 24 and Area 25 Kwu Tung, were sold through Land Sale in 2021. Area 24 can yield a gross floor area over 490,000 sq ft and was sold for HK$8,499 per sq ft. Area 25 can yield a gross floor area of around 1.2 million sq ft and was sold for HK$7,184 per sq ft. These are the future residential supplies in the district.
