href="https://www.midland.com.hk/zh-hk/new-property/%E6%B8%AF%E5%B3%B6-%E5%A0%85%E5%B0%BC%E5%9C%B0%E5%9F%8E-%E5%90%89%E5%96%86-E000019385">吉喆</a>(THE HIGHLINE)，並委託美聯物業作為項目銷售代理，項目提供173個住宅單位，預計將於短期內推出銷售，首批推售單位將不少於50伙。</div> <div> </div> <div class="paragraph">美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示，由於<a href="https://www.midland.com.hk/zh-hk/new-property/%E6%B8%AF%E5%B3%B6-%E5%A0%85%E5%B0%BC%E5%9C%B0%E5%9F%8E-%E5%90%89%E5%96%86-E000019385">吉喆</a>為首次推出市場，而項目戶型多元化，屋苑配套完善，並坐落臨海地段及鄰近港鐵站，加上位處傳統名校網，故相信推出市場時，將備受用家及長線投資客關注。</div> class="paragraph">該公司高級營業董事楊宜貞稱，該項目命名後，銷售工作及宣傳工作亦正式展開，該盤單位類型多元化，實用面積由約206至1,012方呎，包括開放式單位有90伙，佔項目供應約52%，一房戶則有50伙，佔約28.9%；而兩房及套三房單位，分別有14伙及19伙，佔整體約8.1%與約11%，料迎合上車客、換樓客、家長客、投資客，以至內地客及專才客等。</div> <div
