<div class="paragraph">港島豪宅積極部署推售，由東立地產發展的赤柱村道52及54號項目名為SOLACE。該公司地產部總監陳玉成於周四(1日)表示，項目涉及6座洋房，實用面積約2,496至2,787方呎，會以公司轉讓形式出售，目標呎價約7萬元。</div> <div> </div> <div class="paragraph">他續指，上半年會主力推售上述樓盤，該盤已屆現樓，現正安排代理率先參觀，均附連裝修，部分將連家具出售。至於下半年則會推售壽臣山南天第。他認為，今年屬減息年，儘管3月減息機會微，但已明確釋出減息訊息，料樓市會在息口下調後向好，對年內樓價走勢樂觀正面。他亦建議，政府可以分流撤辣，樓價約1,000萬元以下的「民生樓」，針對普羅大眾市場，應率先減辣。</div> <div class="paragraph"> </div> <div class="paragraph">美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明稱，2023年一手市場錄得60宗逾億元的買賣，按年升逾四成。而1月逾3,000萬元一手成交已錄得約30宗，可見豪宅市場不乏資金偷步入市。對於負資產宗數進一步增加，他指，若政府未有任何減辣措施，今年首季的負資產宗數有機會突破4萬宗。</div> <figure
