該公司常務董事黃光耀表示，正陸續出信通知上述項目業主收樓。項目至今累沽616伙，佔全盤646伙的逾95%，套現約87億元，平均成交呎價約25,507元。待售單位包括9伙特色戶，傾向招標出售。 會德豐地產總經理(市務)陳惠慈指，項目已取得轉讓同意書，並將展開收樓程序，同時市場亦已經錄得預租成交，對投資者屬喜訊。該盤採雙會所設計，佔地約2.2萬方呎，設施包括健身室、游泳池、宴會廳、兒童賽車場、多用途兒童室等，短期內會安排住客體驗會所設施。 她續指，最新開放的連家具單位為2A座25樓B室，實用面積678方呎，屬三房連儲物室間隔，設計師將儲物室布置成品酒室。
