class="paragraph">長江實業集團營業部首席經理郭子威指，新售價按照市況調整，是次以相當吸引的價錢推出屬「益買家」。相信目前市場正摸底，近日股市向好，財富效應漸漸顯露，尚餘待推的複式花園戶有上調空間。預計樓市於年底前有5至10%上升空間。他續指，在公司立場之下，如客戶未能按照買賣合約完成有關交易，單位重新售出後，將會全數追討有關差價。</div> <div class="paragraph">該公司高級營業經理梁焯鏗表示，是次分層單位的定價比早前已成交的單位有25%折讓，花園複式戶亦有約30%折讓。將發售的14伙分層戶折實價由299.9萬港元起，為1B座3樓C室，實用面積202方呎。而將發售的14伙花園複式戶折實價由1,131萬元起，為複式C座30號單位，實用面積788方呎。所有花園複式戶均有車位優先認購權。</div> <div
